How we run discovery sprints

Before we write a line of production code, we run a discovery sprint. Two focused weeks that turn assumptions into evidence and a vague brief into a plan everyone believes in.

Day one is alignment. We map the business goals, the users, and the constraints. What does success look like in six months, and what would make this project a failure?

Mid-sprint we prototype the riskiest parts of the experience and put them in front of real users. Cheap lessons now save expensive rewrites later.

We close with a roadmap, a scope, and a clear recommendation. Sometimes that recommendation is to not build the thing at all—and that honesty is exactly why clients come back.
