Behind the scenes, though, everything ran on spreadsheets and phone calls. Inventory, staff targets, sales tracking - all separate, all manual. They asked us to build one complete system for their field teams and their leadership, without putting any sensitive business data at risk.
Two products that work as one:
A mobile app for the field (Flutter) - Sales staff scan each phone's IMEI barcode as it moves, log sales on the spot, and check how they're doing against their targets anytime.
A dashboard for leadership (Laravel) - Managers and C-level get the full picture in one place: set targets for a person or a whole team, pull reports, and keep things secure by approving or blocking active sessions.
Since AstraWealth already runs their business on Odoo, we connected the two systems. When a new inquiry lands in Odoo, stock and distribution records update automatically. No double entry.
Field teams now work straight from their phones. Leadership sees everything as it happens. Stock updates itself between systems. One platform replaced all the manual back-and-forth.
